[tex-live] bug in the latest TeX Live snapshot.

I forgot to add that the problem is seen even on the .dvi result of the 
first pass, so you can ignore the complex stuff to do with multiple passes 
(which is to do with saving marks in a file and then reusing them because 
LaTeX marks and marn's margins are not compatible --- hence the three 
passes needed).
