[tex-live] Build fails for FreeBSD 4.10

I reran rsync and it got the sources with the #ifdef WIN32
surrounding the typedef's in t1asm.c and t1disasm.c.

Now there is a new error pretty much in the beginning of the build
process:

make: don't know how to make am--refresh. Stop
