[tex-live] mathematica support?

It makes sense to keep support for commercial fonts if it is complete
(besides the .pfb /pfa's) and up-to-date. I agree that it is better to
remove partial/outdated font support.

That reminds me: teTeX just has a wolfram.map and no metrics. That makes
no sense and is not useful. I will remove wolfram.map from teTeX.
