[tex-live] redistribution request

Dear TeXLive-developers!

We are very close to finishing a book on LaTeX in Hungarian with the title
,,LaTeX Handbook''. We would like to attach a TeXLive demo CD.
I have a question. From the page http://www.tug.org/texlive/bugs.html
it is not clear for me, how to produce a patched demo CD.
Giving the info, how to patch through Internet is clearly a wrong
solution, as probably several readers of our book has no easy
internet-connection.

If you have any idea, please inform me!
