Whatever I do and try, I am unable to find tex4ht.env with kpswhich. But it is available and it is in one or more ls-R's. How should a file like tex4ht.env be found using kpsewhich? I am using source (stable) from Sep 2003, or in other words TL2003. Thanks, Gerben
