[tex-live] RE: creating .cab files

I may have found a workaround to use zip files. But it needs a little bit of
testing. And I'm afraid I won't be able to give it a try before next week.

The cab stuff is not the way to go: files are stored in a manner that is too
dependent of the rest of the msi file. That makes it impracticable for unix.
Sorry for not having stopped down this sooner.
