[tex-live] package sizes

Not only once.  Problem is that more and more packages come with PDF
documentation files as to the new CTAN policy.  That means that we
get cm-super probably half a gazillion times, and the Type1 cm fonts
another half gazillion times.

With DVI at least we did not get those fonts time and again.
