[tex-live] Correction for the package elmath.doc

    The command in the package elmath made by Yiannis Potamianos and
    A. Syropoulos which is contained in CTAN must de corrected:

    \def^^ed{\mu} to \def^^ed{\nu}

We can make the correction in the TL sources,
but can you also upload a new version to CTAN, please?

I actually don't see any elmath.doc on CTAN at all.
