Hopefully made last changes:
1. binaries from Gerben installed, removed 2 links (altpdfelatex
   and pdfelatex), elambda link left (missing in the stuff Gerben
   prepared, but needed); tpm and lists corrected
2. replaced pictures prepared by Volker (in texmf/doc/tldoc
   and tldocsource/ ), some garbage removed, tpm and list corrected
3. all doc/tldoc/ versions remade with new pictures
   (they doesn't need tpm changes, though are somehow bigger ;-)
4. german doc source installed, russian corrected, czech makefile touched.

That's all! Sebastian, would you please remake images and
announce the official finis (you are the chief!).
