Well, Klaus wrote on Thursday that that book was out of print now, so I
guess it got its own reward.  I see no point in spending time on a dead
book.

    As I said, we have reached a point where we should ask ourselves
    what to do with texlive.

Although I agree that these issues are very important and should be
discussed, can we do it after the release please?  I don't see that the
mistakes and/or perfidy of certain publishers has any bearing on whether
we release TL in 2003.
