[tex-live] elambda please

Hello friends!

Now that we have eomega in texlive, it would be nice to have a elambda,
too. I just did it myself with inieomega (or was it einiomega, or
iniomegae ;-). 

Advantage: It works, contrary to the current omega which has a lot of
bugs! I can process a big (500p) document without "Capacity exceeded".

THere should be an adaption of the searchpathes (einiomega does not find
lambda.ini/.tex), and maybe more I do not know off.
