[tex-live] Package documentation for crop/soul/euro

Hi developers,

I noticed that there's documentation for almost all packages
on the CD, but not for mine. Is this, because I'm not uploading
any to the CTAN servers? I haven't done so, because everybody
can easily create the pdf's himself, and because this makes
downloading the package a lot faster and cheaper (for dial-up
connections). I don't want my packages to end up like the KOMA
directory, with several megabytes of redundant documentation. :->

Should I upload documentation files to CTAN to have them
included on the CD?
