Foir htlatex and friends: the interface has changed and there is now
one driver command (mk4ht) instead of many independent commands, which
so far were not all in TL because if the clutter that resulted from it.

  option1: mk4ht #1 "#2" "#3" "#4" "#5"

#1: htlatex, mzlatex, oolatex, dblatex, dbmlatex,
          teilatex, teimlatex, xhlatex, xhmlatex

also 'tex' and 'texi' instead of 'latex'

     #2: file name
     #3: optional arguments for latex/tex/texi
     #4: optional arguments for tex4ht.c
     #5: optional arguments for t4ht.c

  option2: mk4ht ht #2 #3 "#4" "#5"

     #1: ht
     #2: latex, tex
     #3: file name
     #4: optional arguments for tex4ht.c
     #5: optional arguments for t4ht.c
