[tex-live] demo cd again

Since many important binaries were missing on the demo cd, I've 
slightly changed MakeImages.sh and some .tpm files (#3403). 
xemtex support tree is finally at the place.

One problem: I do not know how to select and copy for iso image
all binaries specific for xemtex, and... iso image seems to big to fit
on 700mb cd rom.

Just to mention: demo cd is made by running u*x install script which
uses tpm/lists/ files, then some files are added
