I have put up a new version of the Perforce server, and I hope its now back working normally. I have also, I hope, done all the work to switch LaTeX to use eTeX instead of TeX, as requested by the LaTeX team. I have NOT made this change to platex, cslatex or rulatex, and their PDF cousins. Sebastian
