Is there some reason for this rather odd choice of directory?
Users will expect c:\Program Files\TeX or (at worst) C:\TeX.

I already had a directory called c:\Local (nothing to do with TeX, and
of course most users probably won't have this :-) so I never saw it...

Is TeX Live going to change the default installation directory every
version?
