[tex-k] Updmap-sys does not leave out MAP file fragments in /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/web2c/updmap-local.cfg

Hello!

In /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/web2c/updmap-local.cfg I have
commented for exclusion from the MAP files, among others, maybe also
some which don't exist in TL '11 pretest (excerpt):

	#!SkakNew.map
	#!arabi.map
	#!arevvn.map
	#!ascii.map
	#!bkaiu.map
	#!bsmiu.map
	#!burmese.map
	#!chartervn.map
	#!cherokee.map
	#!cjhebrew.map
	#!cm-lgc.map
	#!cmbrightvn.map
	#!concretevn.map
	#!dgj.map
	#!dmj.map
	#!dvng.map
	#!epigrafica.map
	#!fge.map
	#!fi4.map
	#!foekfont.map
	#!fonetika.map
	#!fourier-utopia-expert.map

Nevertheless 'updmap-sys --listmaps' (version 1211742332) lists these
MAP file fragments:

	Map SkakNew.map
	Map arabi.map
	Map arevvn.map
	Map ascii.map
	Map bkaiu.map
	Map bsmiu.map
	Map burmese.map
	Map chartervn.map
	Map cherokee.map
	Map cjhebrew.map
	Map cm-lgc.map
	Map cmbrightvn.map
	Map concretevn.map
	Map dgj.map
	Map dmj.map
	Map epigrafica.map
	Map fge.map
	Map fi4.map
	Map foekfont.map
	Map fonetika.map
	Map fourier-utopia-expert.map

plus some more. Why aren't they excluded? Do I need to re-read the
documentation since there something changed from TL '10?
