[tex-k] dvips: BeginPaperSize in postscript DSC

Hi,

this is about a long-standing problem with dvips and page size  
information in its output. It seems that dvips produces postscript  
with non-conforming DSC comments for the paper size. I looked at the  
"PostScript Language Document Structuring Conventions Specification" at
http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/en/ps/5001.DSC_Spec.pdf
and found the following statement on page 100:

Discontinued Comments For Version 3.0
%%BeginPaperSize:
%%EndPaperSize
The comments %%BeginFeature: and %%EndFeature should be substituted.

Currently, when dvips is invoked with the "-t a4" option, it produces  
a comment of the "Discontinued" type. Is anyone interested in  
updating this behavior?
