Where did you put the header file gastex.pro?

(Header files are searched for by TEXPSHEADERS and
 figure files are searched for by TEXPICTS or TEXINPUTS.
 Therefore gastex.pro should be in $TEXMF/dvips/gastex/
 or in the current directory)
