While reading the `TETEXDOC.pdf' I am stuck in place or unable to understand the usage of the following options/commands. Can you please provide me the details regarding these commands/option

  1.. gftopk,
  2.. gftodvi, 
  3.. gftype, 
  4.. pktogf, 
  5.. pktype, 
  6.. pltotf, 
  7.. tftopl.
