[tex-k] pdftex/pdfetex libs and banner

Hi,

it seems that both pdftex and pdfetex use the same libpdf.a from
pdftexdir, always with BANNER = "This is pdfTeX" from
pdftexdir/pdftexextra.in, but not from pdfetexdir/pdfetexextra.in.
Therefore also pdfetex tells "This is pdfTeX" in the PDF file, which is
not the wanted behavior.

To clean this up looks a little tedious; it needs two separate
compilations of utils.c. Maybe the easiest would be to do it strictly
symmetric, by building a separate libpdf.a for pdfetex in pdfetexdir,
which then would be based on pdfetexextra.in. This should be just
Makefile tweaking. And the pdfetex banner should be ok then...

Best Regards

Hartmut
