[tex-k] A bug in dvipsk

Greetings,

I think there's a bug in dvipsk/dospecial.c, line 722:

	    sprintf(errbuf, "Unknown keyword (%s) in \\special will be ignored",
                              KeyStr) ;

since KeyStr might contain an arbitrarily long string while errbuf has
a fixed size of 200.

There may be more bugs of this kind ...
