you're using windows (winedt is a real giveaway...).  most people
assume tex-k is only for un*x tex, but of course fptex is a windows
port of a kpathsea-based system.

if you're using fptex, i would guess that the switch (if your version
has it at all) is the same as that in my tetex-beta: -src-specials

if you're not using fptex, try the correct mailing list for your tex
distribution.

if you are using fptex, try the fptex mailing list (i presume there is
one...)
