[tex-k] A problem with -G of dvips (dvips(k) 5.86)

It can alos be used for any font which uses an encoding which char codes 0
- 31 are duplicated in ranges 161--170 and 173--195.  This includes CM, but
any other font can be made to use this encoding.  Not sure what affect
reencoding (ala ReEncodeFont in a dvips font map file) can have.
