[tex-hyphen] Renaming plain pattern files in hyph-utf8: feedback?

The proposal is too complex for me to comprehend properly at this early
hour of the day; I will try to look at it when I am more awake.  In the
mean time, one observation and one question :

Observation :  *.LICENSE" is mis-spelled; it should read *.LICENCE (the
form with "s" is for the verb, the form with "c" is for the noun; cf.
adviSe/adviCe.

Question :  What does ".yaml" mean ?
