Also, that was with the \usepackage[utf8x]{inputenc} commented out, it
refuses to parse the text:

! Package inputenc Error: Unicode char \u8:ñcam not set up for use with
LaTeX

I tried both packages: utf8x and utf8.
I suppose there is other way to handle this with XeLaTeX?
