[tex-hyphen] should bahasa be a synonym for Indonesian?

Since LaTeX-3 is not yet released there is some hope that such
ambiguities can be avoided in the future.  If there are distinct
packages for Malay and Indonesian, the synonym 'Bahasa' is neither
necessary nor helpful.

I'm looking forward to see LaTeX-3 in action.
