so, that would bring us to 

dutch: 

dut.pat 

frisian: 

ffi.pat 
ffr.pat 
ffs.pat 

etc 

A next step then is changes in patterns: 

- improvements 
- fundamental changes (dutch, german spelling reform etc) 

we can probably use a year for that?
