<html><head></head><body><div style="font-family: Verdana;font-size: 12.0px;"><div>Dear all,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I have to port a running PDF creation chain using XeTeX and Eplain macros from an old self-installed server to a customer-maintained server using RHEL/CentOS 7. The customer's whish is to use only distro packages as far as possible. The doc of eplain states in INSTALL that it should be part of the TeX installation. But I could not find it within any CentOS package. I found some posts about CentOS 7 packages for TeX Live are not well built and better to install it's completely outside the distro in general.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>So is this a CentOS 7 specific failure not to include eplain or has eplain been replace by some new means?</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Thanks, Stephan</div></div></body></html>
