<div>Many thanks again, Oleg.</div>
<div>I had to use the alternate solution since I could not load
ectt1000 on my mac, but I am enquiring to learn how to do so.</div>
<div>Anyway, it works!</div>
<div>I tried to load the color package by simply invoking<font
face="Monaco" size="-1" color="#000000"> \input color.sty</font> as
explained in the eplain doc, but it seems that there must be
more subtle procedure.</div>
<div>Indeed, I get the following error message</div>
<div><br></div>
<blockquote type="cite" cite><font face="Monaco" size="-2"
