[tex-eplain] Handy indexing macro.

Frequently a word or phrase contains initial caps in the 
text but should appear in lower case in the index. So I 
have come up with the following envelope to the eplain 
indexing command:
\def\idz#1{#1\lowercase{\sidx{#1}}}


It is called like:
\par
\idz(Advanced topics} may include bla bla

...which yields "Advanced topics" in the text but "advanced 
topics" in the index.
