<p>Confirmed that it's not reproducible in MiKTeX 2.9. I've been typesetting graphs using psgraph and noticed no noticeable irregularities. All of my packages are the latest from the repositories.<br>

<div class="" style="">The current pst-plot has a bug. The bug makes the arrows get attached to the plotted graphs whenever we use arrows in psgraph's axes.</div>
