<div>yes indeed, I switched to powerdot with some minor adjustments and the problem disappeared. I still have to figure out the \psbrace command does not behave as I expected with the nodes (I'm probably using a out-of-date syntax)</div>

<br>there must be something wrong with your updated installation.<br>put \listfiles as first argument into your document<br>and send the logfilem which appears at the end of the<br>log file. However, prosper is really out of date and<br>
