BTW,

the aeb_pro based example animat2.pdf on the PSTricks site doesn't
seem to be using compressed object streams and has about the same size
as the animate based and ps2pdf generated animate2.pdf:

aeb_pro + Distiller = 735187 B (http://tug.org/PSTricks/Animation/animat2.pdf)
animate + ps2pdf    = 731862 B
