[pstricks] psarc shifts the origin

Yes indeed, I can confirm that the example provided by Peter Breitfeld compiled OK under pstricks.tex 1.24. However, after upgrading to pstricks.tex 1.26 (from here: http://www.dant e.de/~herbert/PSTricks-TDS.tgz) the arcs were all over the place. 

Something has broken somewhere!
