[pstricks] pst-pdf crashes pdfLaTeX under MiKTeX 2.7!!!

Thanks for checking, Herbert and Markus. There was another update to the 
pdftex binaries available this morning, and after I applied that update 
the problem disappeared (though the nfssfont problem is still there).
