[pstricks] Clash between pstricks, pst-pdf, tabularx, and threeparttable

Hi Rolf,

That seems to work! Everything ran fine with my minimal test document, 
so I tried it on my main document (using memoir, which has its own 
version of tabularx built-in) and it worked fine there too -- I'm able 
to do everything exactly as before.
