[pstricks] Documentation?

My documentation for pstricks consists of the foolowing:
1.  Package pst-barcode Oct 24 2005
2. PSTricks Manual 12 March 1993 by Van Zandt
3.  Package pst-fil Dec 12 1997 by VanZandt.
4. Supplement, date uncertain, beginning with "Dots"
5. Erratum for 0.93a manual

This is all good information but a bit of a hodgepodge. Has anyone 
consolidated/updated any of the documentation? The package continues to 
advance.
