I'm not English-speaking but I think the most common term is 'Projectile
motion'.
You might also say 'Throw' (not ' through') or, relating to your figure,
'Throws at different angles'.

By the way, the gliding ball and the rolling ball could be nicely
supplemented with a rolling ball on a sliding inclined plane, see my
primitive animation here:
