[pstricks] ncangle variant is needed

The code is now part of the \ncangles macro and you do not need
the preamble stuff.

The meaning of pcRef (by default false) is the reference point for the arm
of the first node (A), by default it is the border (as usual), with
pcRef=true
the center of the node.
