[pstricks] epsfbox in pstricks

Hi,

I'm new to the list, and don't have much tex/pstricks experience.
I'm trying to include a ps file into a pspicture.

I work with LaTeX and pstricks versions:
(/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/pstricks/pstricks.sty
Package: pstricks 2004/05/12 v0.2l LaTeX wrapper for `PSTricks' (RN,HV)

(/usr/share/texmf/tex/generic/pstricks/pstricks.tex
`PSTricks' v1.04  <2004/06/22> (tvz)

If I try to load graphicx (no matter if I do that before or oafter 
pstricks) then scalebox stop working.

If I use epsf.tex, I also get errors when compiling the latex file.

What is the simplest way? Or should I use anything else?
