[pstricks] PSTRICKS and UPUT, RPUT does not work. Pls Help.

Sounds like you used your DVI viewer to look at the output. Most DVI 
viewers do not render Postscript specials properly. Convert the DVI to 
PS and use a Postscript viewer -- everything should look fine there.
