That is (probably, didn't look at the unix script)
not possible on windows. But one could try a
scripting language as NSIS to set up some sort of
menu in an exe that asks for the necessary info and
processes that. Command-line parameters are also
possible though. It's meant as installer producing
language, but is versatile enough to use it for
other tasks as well. The user doesn't need to install
nsis, but only needs the small exe produced by nsis.
