[pstricks] pdftricks

A new version (1.16) of pdftricks.sty is released at sarovar.org.  Bug
fixing aside, a new environment viz., "pdfinline" has been added to
process the inline pstricks graphics.  The package, makefile, manual,
test document are available separately and as a tarball at:

 http://sarovar.org/projects/pdftricks/
