PSTricks CTAN updates

  Sebastian is right here. Nevertheless I am not convainced that this is a
definitive solution. I already made some tests on french mirrors in the past
but just redone them.

  ftp://ftp.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/graphics/pstricks.tar.gz
give the correct result. But what would be better for Maurice who live near
Paris (and better too for global network ressources) is:
ftp://ftp.jussieu.fr/pub/TeX/CTAN/graphics/pstricks.tar.gz
which give me "tar: directory checksum error (0 != 13085)" ...

  More: ftp://ftp.jussieu.fr/pub/TeX/CTAN/graphics/pstricks.zip is not
accepted (ftp://ftp.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/graphics/pstricks.zip is still
correct).

  Another mirror in France
ftp://ftp.loria.fr/pub/ctan/graphics/pstricks.{zip|tar.gz} give the same
things.

  In Germany, ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/graphics/pstricks.tar.gz
give the correct result but if
ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/graphics/pstricks.zip is accepted, it give a
wrong file ("error [pstricks.zip]:  start of central directory not found;
zipfile corrupt")...

  I can't know what append on CTAN mirrors in other countries, but I believe
that this kind of functionnalities are not so widely accepted than the
corresponding ones using the basic ftp command (the syntax was recalled by
Paulo) - or otherwise the planet will only use the UK CTAN site!
