[protext] Installing ProTeXt problem

Hello,

I'm trying to install from the setup.exe after extracting ProTeXt-3.1.4-020114.exe to a Windows 7 machine.  With or w/o Run as Admin it fails to install MikTeX:

The operation could not be completed for the following reason:
Permission denied: C:\MikTeX 2.9\source/aastex-src.cab
Details: C:\MikTeX 2.90\source/aastex-src.cab

I've checked that archive and it appears fine.  I've also tried redownloading the whole package, but no change.  Any ideas, please?

TeXstudio installs fine.
