[protext] Bug report: Options->Configure TeXstudio... has very few command defaults

Hi,

I've just used Protext to install miktex and texstudio.
I downloaded ProTeXt-3.1.3-060313 today.
I clicked "Install MikTex", and when that completed I pressed "Install
Protext".
I am using Windows 8.1 64 bit, and there was a mention of an x64 install.
I loaded a template, added a few lines of latex, and clicked "Build and
View".
All that happened was a half visible status bar message appeared:
Failed to find file "C:/... ...xxx.pdf"
Further investigation showed most of the commands under Options->Configure
TeXstudio are listed as "<unknown>"
