[protext] Can't Uninstall Previous ProTeXt Installation

I inadvertently installed ProTeXt into the "Downloads" folder of my Windows
7 machine. Wanting to uninstall it and reinstall it in the "Program Files"
folder, I found that ProTeXt was not listed among the programs I could
uninstall--presumably because it isn't in the "Program Files" folder!

Simply moving from the "Downloads" folder to the "Program Files" folder the
ProTeXt folder produced by the installation presumably wouldn't do the
trick; I assume--but don't know, because I'm computer illiterate--that this
would leave unhelpful things in the registry and path.

How can I uninstall?

Incidentally, the file I used for installation was the third of the three
on the Purdue mirror site. The first and third files are listed as being
the same size, but the third is called simple Protext.exe, whereas the
first one has some numbers added to that name, and I see nothing that tells
one how to choose between them.
