[protext] Wrong link in installation document

Hello,

I am not sure whether or not this is the right place to post it, I just 
quickly want to indicate a minor error in the installation paper for proTeX.

On page 10, first paragraph, there is a link to "http://www.texnicenter.org" 
that leads to a page with a lot of advertising, because there is a "c" 
missing in the link. Right one is: "http://www.texniccenter.org".
