[protext] the texniccenter lash-up has problems ...

walking through the recommended protext setup, i encountered a "cannot 
find 'c:\documents ..." error when attempting to install texniccenter. a 
little archeology discovered installtc.bat. not really caring to fiddle 
with bat files, i just manually activated txcsetup_1stablerc1.exe.  
appears to have worked but makes me wonder whether anyone has ever 
checked this code. i know: buy an apple ;-)
